What We Collect
When you apply to Ivys Select, we collect the information you provide in your application:
- Your firm name and website
- Practice areas and firm size
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Information about your current marketing situation
- Your goals and timeline
We only ask for what we need to understand your firm and determine if we're a good fit to work together.
How We Contact You
When you apply, you're giving us permission to reach out. We may contact you via email, SMS, or phone to discuss your application, schedule calls, and stay in touch throughout our engagement. We don't send marketing spam—every communication has a purpose.
Calls & Meetings
We record our Zoom calls. This isn't for surveillance—it's so we can review conversations, catch details we might have missed, and use our internal AI tools to help serve you better. These recordings are stored securely and only accessed by our team. We use local AI models to process these recordings, meaning your data doesn't get sent to third-party AI services.
The CRM We Build For You
Part of what we deliver is a fully configured CRM for your firm. Your client data in that CRM is 100% yours—we set it up, but you own and control it completely. We don't access your client data unless you specifically ask us to help with something.
How We Protect Your Data
We take security seriously. Your information is stored on encrypted servers, access is limited to team members who need it, and we follow industry best practices for data protection. We're a small team serving 10 firms per cohort—we treat each relationship personally, and that includes being careful stewards of your information.
Sharing Your Information
We don't sell your data. Period. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (like our hosting provider), but only what's necessary and under strict confidentiality. We'll never share your information with other law firms or use it to benefit anyone but you.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Just email us at privacy@ivys.ai. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we'll let you know. For minor updates, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
