Terms of Service

These terms govern your participation in the Ivys Select program. We've written them to be clear and fair—no legal tricks or gotchas. When you apply and are accepted into Ivys Select, you're agreeing to work together under these terms.

Who We Are

Ivys Select is operated by Movex Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Colorado. Our websites include ivys.ai and ivys.app. When we say "we," "us," or "Ivys," we mean Movex Technologies Ltd.

The Program

Ivys Select is an intensive, cohort-based program where we build complete growth systems for law firms. Each cohort is limited to 10 firms—this isn't a marketing gimmick, it's how we ensure every firm gets the attention they deserve.

Over the course of our engagement, we deliver a comprehensive suite of services including website development, CRM implementation, marketing automation, lead generation infrastructure, and ongoing optimization. We work closely with you throughout the process.

Our Commitment to You

We take every firm personally. When you join Ivys Select, you're not just another client on a spreadsheet—you're a firm we're genuinely invested in helping succeed.

We commit to:

• Delivering everything outlined in your engagement agreement
• Being responsive and available throughout our work together
• Combining our marketing, technology, and intake expertise to help you grow
• Working with you until you achieve your goals, not just until a contract ends
• Being honest about what's working and what needs adjustment

Results & Expectations

Let's be direct: we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Every market is different, every firm is different, and results depend on many factors including your responsiveness, your team's follow-through, and market conditions.

What we can promise is our full effort and expertise. We've helped firms transform their practices, and we bring that same energy to every engagement. We'll work hard, we'll be honest with you, and we'll keep optimizing until we hit your goals together.

Payment Terms

Ivys Select operates on a monthly payment structure. Your specific pricing is outlined in your engagement agreement. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing period.

Because we allocate significant resources to each firm from day one—building custom systems, reserving team capacity, and declining other opportunities—we generally do not offer refunds for services already rendered or time already committed.

That said, we're reasonable people. If something isn't working, talk to us. We'd rather find a solution together than have an unhappy partner.

Your Responsibilities

For this to work, we need you to be an active participant. That means:

• Responding to our communications in a timely manner
• Providing information and feedback when requested
• Following up on leads we generate—systems work best when humans do their part
• Being honest with us about what's working and what isn't
• Treating our team with respect (we promise to do the same)

Intellectual Property

The website and CRM we build for you are yours. You own your content, your client data, and your brand assets.

Our proprietary systems, processes, and methodologies remain ours. We may use anonymized insights from our work together to improve our services for future clients—but your specific data and information remain confidential.

Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential. We don't share your strategies with other firms, we don't gossip about your business, and we expect the same courtesy regarding our methods and pricing.

Ending Our Engagement

Either party can end the engagement with 30 days written notice. If you decide to leave:

• You keep your website and all content we created
• Your CRM and client data are 100% yours
• We'll provide a smooth transition and any documentation you need

We won't hold your data hostage or make it difficult to leave. That's not how we operate.

Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to deliver excellent results, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or outcomes beyond our control. This is standard in our industry, and it allows us to take calculated risks in pursuit of growth for your firm.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Your continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
